The results of today reveal the commitments of yesterday.
If you want better results, be committed.
Ask yourself:
*Are you committed or not?
Commit to what you want.
If you want to become the master you got to commit to the reps.
Ask yourself:
*Are you willing to do the reps to become a master?
Master your money, master investing, and master saving.
Stop blaming other people.
Stop blaming situations.
Stop blaming circumstances.
Ask yourself:
*Are you willing to take control of your life?
You got to believe and then you got to go work.
Listen to the voice.
Ask yourself:
*Are you listening to The Voice? What is it telling you to do or what is it telling you to stop doing?
What's the voice telling you to do?
Have integrity.
Ask yourself:
*Do you have integrity?
*Where are you out of the integrity?
If you make a mistake, confront it, and clean it up. Forgive yourself. Move on.
The story that you believe the most about yourself is the story that you tell the most about yourself.
Ask yourself:
*What are you programming yourself to do and who are you programming yourself to be?
*Are you programming yourself the right way or are you just repeating old silly, unworkable, non-useful stories?
*Are you really building and creating intentionally?
What's the new story that you can tell yourself?
Thoughts are just thoughts.
Not every thought is true.
Question the thought.
Ask yourself:
*Is this true? Is it useful? Does it work? Can this give me what I want?
There's always a gift if you have a bulletproof mindset
Build your mindset, and be strong. Go build the life you want.
Tell the truth about what you want.
Ask yourself:
*What do you want?
*Is there truth in what the voice is saying?
Tell a different story.
Receive and embrace the feedback.
Feedback is how we grow, feedback is how we move forward.
Ask yourself:
*What would it take for you to be able to receive feedback from people?
*What can you do better? What can you do about it? What will you do about it?
If you want to get better, receive feedback.
Find a way to decompress from the grind of life.
Ask yourself:
*How do you decompress? How do you create space? How do you reduce stress?
Learn how to decompress.
Letting go actually means forgiving yourself.
Ask yourself:
*Can you forgive yourself?
The greatest thing you can do is forgive yourself and move on.
If you don't take the time to strengthen your body, eventually you're going to lose.
Ask yourself:
*Are you willing to do the work to get your body strong?
*Do you have a spiritual foundation?
*Are you willing to strengthen your marriage and family?
*Do you teach your children how to work?
Teach them and show them how to earn.
If you don't hate it enough, you won't change.
Ask yourself:
*Do you really hate what you currently have?
*What do you hate about your physical health and fitness?
*What do you hate about your spirituality?
*What do you hate about your marriage or your relationship with your children?
Just be real. Tell the truth about it.
Embrace it and find the lessons. Embrace it, and find the gifts.
Ask yourself:
*Where can I put more pressure on myself?
The life you have is the life you deserve. Because it's the life that you have produced.
If you want something else, go do something different.
The most important thing is the belief that you have about yourself.
Ask yourself:
*What is your self-talk look like?
Stop telling negative stories about yourself.
Most of the game is having real radical confidence, certainty, this belief inside of yourself.
Ask yourself:
*Are you coachable? Teachable?
*Do you trust yourself that you're going to get this thing done?
Bring radical confidence and extreme ownership.
Investing in yourself means you're serious about making change.
It means you are serious about changing your circumstance.
Changing your choices so you can get results.
Ask yourself:
*Are you investing in yourself?
*Are you getting results?
Personal growth without results is just expensive entertainment.
Are you willing to make an investment in yourself?
The purpose of existence is eternal expansion and value creation.
Doubt causes delay and fear prevents action.
Ask yourself:
*Is the thing that I'm afraid of real and true?
*What does that mean?
*Are you willing to face it head-on?
*Do you pray for love?
*Are you looking at people who have overcome their fears and been inspired by them?
If they could do it, You could do it.
How do you win your day?
Ask yourself:
*Do you have structure to your day?
*Do you have goals and things that you're supposed to get done? Do you have a rhythm and a routine to help you to win?
What if you looked at your day like you were an athlete or a fierce competitor or a winner?
What's the one thing that you have a negative talk about?
Ask yourself:
*Can you change your perspective? Are you willing to consistently change your perspective?
*Are you really creating the life that you want to live?
You will only ever live the life that you choose to create.
You are in charge.
Stop living life as a normal human being and start living life like an athlete where life is your sport.
Ask yourself:
*What if you started to look at your life like you were an athlete, like there was a purpose, there were seasons, there was camaraderie, there was culture?
Live your life like an athlete, like a winner, like a fierce competitor.
How you speak about yourself is how you're going to behave.
How you behave is the life you're going to live and the results you're going to produce.
The story that we believe the most about ourselves is a story that we tell the most about ourselves.
Ask yourself:
*Who do you believe you are? Who do you say that you are?
*What's the new story that you've got to start telling about who you believe you are?
*What is the new story, the new narrative, the new belief system that you ought to tell yourself so that you could go get what you want?
However we believe we are, we begin to build a world and build a reality around that belief.
Stop stopping.
Real permanent results require foundational shifts and consistency in doing the work for long periods of time.
Ask yourself:
*Are you putting in the right work consistently for long enough periods of time so that down the road it will reveal itself?
There is a delay in real big results.
Giving is living.
The more you give, the more you help others, the happier you will be.
The more you earn or develop your skill sets, the more you can give.
Ask yourself:
*Are you giving? Do you give regularly?
*Do you give willingly, without a grudging heart, regularly?
*Do you find opportunities to give?
If you want to be happy. If you want to find joy, go and serve.
You get to decide the experience you have, by the way, that you see things.
Ask yourself:
*What would it look like for you if you had a shift in perspective?
*What perspective should you have that would allow you to live a life of real possibility?
The way that you see things is a real byproduct of just who you're choosing to be and who you are.
